Well, we haven't heard anything...

We're still waiting to hear back if the appeal to the desk review has been approved. We were hoping to know something by end of day but no such luck. So that is still hanging out there. Today we were supposed to receive other news as well. 8/7 was the contracted deadline for our buyer's financing to go through. This was even extended once already. Did we hear anything one way or another? That's a big nope. Either way, we were supposed to have been contacted. Either that their financing is complete and the appraisal for our condo is a-ok, or since today is the deadline, if they were still working on that, then their agent was supposed to have extended their deadline to a new date, again. Our agent never got a call back today. This whole process has been such a pain. So it's anyone's guess. Where will we be living in 2 weeks from Monday? As of now, we have no idea if it's here, the Brummel house, or our friend's basement apartment. At least we know we won't be homeless, so that's good.
